Options to setup Game Pass (Entry Fees) for a game?

Use this setting if you are looking to fundraise through your fantasy game, by collecting a Game Pass (Entry Fee) from Members on your own (outside MyClubtap) or by using the Game Pass collection feature within the platform.

Note: On-platform collection feature is available to Clubs-Outdoor mode games in Australia only.

Game Privacy Settings

What is the type of game privacy setup do you have for the game and how is the game accessible to members.

• Public

• A game which is open-for-access for everyone.
• Anyone can join a fantasy hub and access this fantasy game in the hub.

• Private

• A game which requires a code from members to join.
• Anyone can join a fantasy hub, but requires a code to access the fantasy game in the hub.
• There are 2 types of codes:
• Group Code (or Game Code)
• A single code that can be shared with everyone to join the game.
• Unique Individual Code (or Guest Code)
• A unique/individual code that can be generated for individual member/email account, only allowing the member with the email account to join the game.

Entry Fees Collection Methods

What is the method you would like to use for the collection of your Game Pass (Entry Fee)?

• Within MyClubtap

• Want to use MyClubtap's Game Pass service to collect within the platform.
  
• Key points to remember:
• Team entry fee collection on platform
• Available for clubs/leagues in Australia only
• Processing Fees: 15%, Club/League: 85%
• Min Amount ($10) & Max Amount ($100)
• Fees in Australian Dollars (AUD) only

• Collect Independently (Outside MyClubtap)

• Want to collect on your own outside of MyClubtap platform.
• Key points to remember:

• Set your Game Pass (Entry) Fee collection information (details on how you are making your collection)

You can manage members payments through the admin portal:

• You can manage the status of those who have paid in this section.
• You can manage any 'I have paid' requests made by Members.
• Note: This section is to provide an overview only.

How do members pay:

• Members are displayed the option of your Game Pass on 'My Games' and 'Dashboard' sections.
• Members can click on the 'Entry Fee' button for more information on further required actions.
• For collection on your own, Members have the option to mark themselves as 'I've now paid', which you can manage under 'Manage Members' section.
• For collection on platform, once Members have paid, they're marked as having 'Paid' under 'Manage Members' section.

Entry Fees Restrictions

Is the payment of Game Pass (Entry Fee) required before members can access the game?

• Yes. Members must pay the fee before getting access to the game.
• Adds a restriction for members to first pay the fees to gain access to the game.
• No. Members should be able to access the game and pay the fee at any time.
• There is no restriction for members to first pay the fees to gain access to the game.
