Key Points

Sharing Access Information

• Email the individual codes
  for access to all authorized members.
• The admin provides members with instructions on how to pay the entry fee via MyClubtap.

Payment Process

• Members log in to MyClubtap and go to My Games.
• Members click on 'Join' to enter the individual code to unlock the payment option.
• Members click on 'Fee' and MUST complete the payment using the payment window on the platform.

Access Granting

• Once the payment is confirmed, members are granted access to the game.
• System verifies payment status and confirms access.

Participation

• Members get access to game dashboard and menu on the game block on My Games to join and participate in the game.

Tracking and Reporting

• Admins can track payments and access through the MyClubtap platform, ensuring that all participants have paid.
