Private game, requires a unique individual code to join the game, payment of an entry fee within MyClubtap can be done at any time, without limiting the access of the game for members.

Key Points

Sharing Access Information

• Share the group code for
  access with all authorized members.
• The admin provides members with instructions on how to pay the entry fee via MyClubtap.

Payment Process

• Members log in to MyClubtap and go to My Games.
• Members click on 'Join' to enter the group code to unlock the payment option and links on Game Block.
• Members can click on 'Fee' and make payment through MyClubtap whenever they choose, before, during, or after participating in the game.

Access Granting

• Access is granted immediately upon entering the group code, regardless of payment status.

Participation

• Members get access to game dashboard and menu on the game block on My Games to join and participate in the game.

Tracking and Reporting

• Admins can track payments and access through the MyClubtap platform, ensuring that all participants have paid.
