Key Points

Sharing Access Information

• The admin provides members
  with instructions on how to pay the entry fee via MyClubtap.

Payment Process

• Members log in to MyClubtap and go to My Games.
• Members click on 'Join' to access the Welcome Tour of the game.
• Members can click on 'Fee' and complete the payment using the payment window on the platform.
• Members can make payment through advised method whenever they choose, before, during, or after participating in the game.

Access Granting

• Once the welcome tour is completed, members are granted access to the links on Game Block.

Participation

• Members get access to game dashboard and menu on the game block on My Games to join and participate in the game.

Tracking and Reporting

• Admins can track payments and access through the MyClubtap platform, ensuring that all participants have paid.
