Key Points

Sharing Access Information

• The admin provides members
  with instructions on how to pay the entry fee via MyClubtap.

Payment Process

• Members log in to MyClubtap and go to My Games.
• Members click on 'Fee' and MUST make the payment as advised and then tick the option 'I have paid the fees' to inform the game admin.
• Game admin approves/rejects the request on admin portal.
• Members MUST complete the payment process and be approved by game admin for further access.

Access Granting

• Once the payment request is approved, members are granted access to the game and all links on the Game Block.

Participation

• Members get access to game dashboard and menu on the game block on My Games to join and participate in the game.

Tracking and Reporting

• Admins can track payments and access through the MyClubtap platform, ensuring that all participants have paid.
