Sharing Access Information

• The admin provides members with instructions on how to pay the entry fee via MyClubtap.

Payment Process

• Members log in to MyClubtap and go to My Games.
• Members click on 'Join' to access the Welcome Tour of the game.
• Members can at any time make the payment as advised and tick the option 'I have paid the fees' to inform the game admin.
• Game admin approves/rejects the request on admin portal.
• Members can make payment through advised method whenever they choose, before, during, or after participating in the game.

Access Granting

• Access is granted immediately upon entering the group code, regardless of payment status.

Participation

• Members get access to game dashboard and menu on the game block on My Games to join and participate in the game.

Tracking and Reporting

• Admins can track payments and access through the MyClubtap platform, ensuring that all participants have paid.
