Audience: Members

A Fantasy Hub may not appear if it is inactive, private, associated with another sport platform or not connected with the account used to sign in.

Check the following
  • Confirm that you are using the correct email or Apple/Google sign-in method.
  • Open Comps and review My Hubs and My Games.
  • Confirm that the organisation has created and activated a current fantasy game.
  • Check that you registered through the intended Hub.
  • Confirm that you are using the correct sport platform.
  • Check the spelling of the organisation’s name and try a shorter search term.

Private games

A Private game may require an invitation or game code and may not be discoverable like a Public game. Select Enter Code and use the Group Code or Individual Code supplied by the organiser.

If you see Invalid code, please try again, check that the code was copied correctly and has not already been used or deactivated. Contact the organiser if the problem continues.

If the Hub is still missing

Contact the organiser first to confirm the exact Hub name, sport, game status and entry method. If those details are correct, report the issue to MyClubtap Support with your registered email and a screenshot.
If you are an organiser.

Do not create a duplicate Hub using a variation of the organisation’s name. If the organisation already has a MyClubtap Hub, contact MyClubtap to review ownership and admin access.
