Audience: Organisers and game admins

The Admin Hub is the web-based workspace used to set up and manage an organisation’s MyClubtap fantasy games. Admin controls are not currently available in the mobile apps.

How the account structure works
  • Admin account: The login used by the authorised organiser.
  • Fantasy Hub: The club, league, tournament or other organisation members follow or register through.
  • Fantasy game: An individual season, tournament or Match Contest created within the Hub.
One Hub can contain multiple games. Pricing, service level and entitlements apply to each game that is launched.
The admin login can also be used for the member experience. For Cricket, members use the mobile app. Other supported sports currently remain on their respective web platforms.

Admin responsibilities

The official game admin is responsible for keeping the game information accurate and protecting access to the account. Depending on the selected service package, the admin may manage the setup and operation directly or coordinate certain work with MyClubtap.
Admins should:
  • use an email account controlled by the authorised organiser;
  • keep login details private;
  • confirm the correct Hub and game before making changes;
  • review player, fixture, round and entry information before activation; and
  • notify MyClubtap when the official admin contact changes.

Hub naming

A new admin must create the required Hub or organisation entity during registration. Do not create a duplicate Hub with the same identity as an existing organisation. Contact MyClubtap if the correct Hub already exists or ownership needs to be reviewed.

If you cannot access the Admin Hub

Use Forgot Password from the login screen and enter the registered email to receive a password-reset link. If the account belongs to a previous organiser, do not request or share their password. Contact MyClubtap to review the authorised admin change.
