Audience: Organisers and Game Admins
An organiser starts by creating a free Admin Hub account, then creates and pays for each fantasy game they choose to launch. One hub can contain multiple games.
Before You Start
Prepare the organisation name, primary admin contact details, sport, competition format, approximate number of teams and fixtures, and expected start and end dates.
Start the Setup
- Go to "Create an Admin Account"
- Select "Start New Game" and complete the registration form:
- Hub Name*
- Hub URL*
- Sport*
- Country*
- State
- City
- Logo
- Admin Email*
- Mobile*
- Password*
- Confirm Password*
- Admin First Name*
- Admin Last Name*
- Date of Birth (DOB)*
- Gender*
- Fantasy Team Name*
- Position in the Organisation
- How You Heard About Us
- Agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
- Submit the form to create the Admin Hub account.
- Sign in to the web Admin Portal and continue the game setup process.
The same credentials can be used to sign in to the member app, but all admin setup and management controls remain in the web Admin Portal.
Creating an account or draft game does not make the game public or active. The setup must be completed, reviewed where required, matched to the selected package and activated before launch.
Hub naming
Create the hub for the actual organisation responsible for the competition. If a hub with that organisation name already exists, contact MyClubtap before creating a duplicate.
