Standard fantasy games are free for members to enter through MyClubtap. MyClubtap does not collect organiser entry fees from members through the platform.
MyClubtap PRO (For Members)
PRO is an optional member subscription for additional analysis features. Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are also subject to that app store’s payment, cancellation and refund process.
Cancelling normally prevents the next renewal and does not automatically refund a billing period already started, except where required by law or allowed by the relevant store.

Prizes and rewards (For Members)
MyClubtap does not offer or guarantee prizes. A club, league, sponsor or other organiser may independently provide a prize or reward. That organiser is responsible for the eligibility rules, delivery and any dispute.
Competition packages (For Organisers & Admins)
Platform Licence, Managed Services and Partnership Services are purchased by organisers. Under the current MyClubtap Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- a full refund may be requested before MyClubtap begins setting up the competition;
- after work begins, any refund is assessed against completed work, delivered services and incurred costs;
- change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable after launch; and
- cancellation or postponement may be handled through rescheduling, transfer, credit or an assessed partial refund.
