A fantasy game can be divided into 'Rounds'; and while a Round is In-Progress, the game stays locked out with no trades allowed during that period.
'Trade Window' is the time period between the end of a recently concluded Round and start of the next Round; this is the time when you can make change/trades to your fantasy team, change Captain/Vice-Captain or use your Powers (if available).
