When are game scores updated?

Fantasy scores update after the relevant real player performances have been entered or managed for the fixture and processed by MyClubtap.
The timing depends on:
- when the official scorecard or source information becomes available;
- whether the game is managed by the organiser or under an agreed MyClubtap service;
- whether the fixture is complete;
- the number of matches requiring updates; and
- whether a score needs review or correction.
MyClubtap does not provide ball-by-ball scoring through the fantasy game. Scores shown while a fixture or round is still being processed may remain provisional.
Platform Licence
The Game Admin manages normal score entry and is responsible for the accuracy and timing of the source data entered.
Managed Services
MyClubtap manages score updates after activation and payment, based on the agreed source and delivery arrangement. Updates depend on complete and timely source information.
If a score looks wrong
Report the exact game, round, fixture and player to the Game Admin. For a completed fixture, the official admin must contact MyClubtap so the correction can be reviewed.
