The Admin Hub supports score entry for a fixture without requiring live scoring. Enter the official player performances needed by the game’s Point System, then review the calculated outcome before completing the fixture.
Before entering scores
- Confirm the correct fixture, round and competition.
- Confirm the participating squad or players.
- Use the official scorecard or result supplied by the competition.
- Check whether first and second innings are required for the selected match format.
Enter and complete a score
- Open the required fixture.
- Manage the participating squad where required.
- Enter the player performance fields for the applicable innings or result.
- Review warnings, missing players and totals.
- Save the score.
- Complete or finalise the fixture only when the source result is confirmed.
Points and rankings update after the score is processed. A score may remain provisional while a fixture is still being checked.
Correct a completed score
Completed scores can be corrected, but the game admin must contact MyClubtap. Include the game, fixture, player, incorrect data, correct data and the official source supporting the request.
MyClubtap assesses each request and makes the change only after a detailed review. If approved, the platform can recalculate affected player points, fantasy-team totals and rankings.
Tell members when a correction materially changes a published result. Previously saved or shared result cards do not update automatically and should be generated again.

Who updates scores
- Platform Licence: The game admin manages normal score entry.
- Managed Services: MyClubtap manages score updates after activation and payment, based on the agreed source and schedule.
- Partnership Services: Responsibilities follow the agreed delivery plan.
