Audience: Game admins and authorised organisers
Creating a Fantasy Hub and draft game is free. Pricing applies to each game that the organiser chooses to launch. A game becomes available to members only after its setup, package and activation requirements are complete.
Activation process
  1. Complete the required and conditional setup sections.
  2. Confirm the game type, competition size, duration and expected fixture volume.
  3. Choose the required support package.
  4. Review the indicative price or confirmed quote.
  5. Submit the game for setup review where required.
  6. Resolve any missing information or validation issues.
  7. Complete payment using the instructions supplied by MyClubtap.
  8. Confirm the intended opening and first-lockout dates.
  9. Activate the game or receive activation confirmation.
  10. Test member entry and share the game with the community.
Do not promote a launch time until activation and member entry have been tested.
Payment methods
  • Pay Now: Select this button to pay through Stripe. Stripe payment is available worldwide.
  • Payment confirmed: The payment was completed successfully.
  • Payment cancelled: The Stripe payment was cancelled.
  • Pay via Bank Transfer: Displays the bank details needed to pay by bank transfer. This option is available only to Australian organisers.
Who activates the game
The activation owner depends on how payment and onboarding are coordinated, rather than solely on whether the organiser selected Platform Licence, Managed Services or Partnership Services:
  • If the organiser pays through the platform's Stripe link, the Game Admin can complete the activation.
  • If payment or onboarding is coordinated directly with the MyClubtap team, MyClubtap completes the activation.
After activation, the Game Home page in the Admin Portal shows Game Activated.
Pricing and entitlements
Each launched game has package entitlements based on its competition pathway. These may include a team band, fixture allowance, duration and service level.
For league packages, included fixture limits currently depend on team band. If the game is expected to exceed its fixture allowance, additional blocks of 50 fixtures add 10% of the relevant package price. Confirm any expected overage before launch where possible.
If the competition changes after payment - for example, more teams, fixtures, days or delivery work are added - MyClubtap may need to confirm a revised entitlement or additional charge before the expanded scope is activated.
What activation does not include
Activation does not transfer organiser responsibility for competition permissions, source-data accuracy, member communications, prizes or external fee collection. MyClubtap does not collect organiser entry fees from members through the app.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the payment, service status and current policy. Review the MyClubtap Refund Policy before purchasing or requesting cancellation.
After activation
  • Confirm the game is visible through the correct Fantasy Hub and sport.
  • Test Public or Private entry.
  • Confirm verification and approval behaviour.
  • Check the first round, fixture and lockout time.
  • Send the organiser’s approved launch communication.
  • Monitor member requests and early support issues.
