Game Spots sets the number of member entries the organiser wants to allow in a fantasy game. It is a participant cap, not the same as the package’s real-team band or fixture entitlement.
Set the participant cap
Choose a limit that matches the organiser’s intended audience and any published eligibility conditions. Allow room for approved administrators or test entries only where those entries legitimately count toward the displayed capacity.
When the limit is reached
Once all available spots are filled, additional members cannot complete normal entry. Review pending requests before announcing that places remain available, because submitted or approved entries may affect the remaining capacity.
Changing the limit
Increasing the cap may reopen entry, subject to the game’s other settings. Reducing the cap below the number of existing members does not automatically determine which approved member should be removed.Do not use withdrawal to make temporary room for another member: withdrawal is non-reversible, anonymises and removes the fantasy team, and prevents that member from rejoining.
Game Spots and paid entitlements
Changing Game Spots does not increase the package’s included teams, fixtures, duration or delivery scope. Contact MyClubtap if the overall competition has expanded.
