You can setup and run 4 types of fantasy games on MyClubtap.

The Game Type determines the structure and format of the fantasy game being set up.

  • This choice is critical, as it defines how the Game Admin Portal functions.
  • Once selected and the portal is created, the game type cannot be changed.
  • If an incorrect type is selected, a new game must be created.

Please choose the game type that best fits your needs:

Season Game (For Clubs)

  • Best For: Internal club-based fantasy games.
  • Use Case Example: A cricket club wants to run a fantasy game using only its own players—from one or more of its internal teams.
  • Player Pool: Club's own players.

Tournament Game (For Outdoor Leagues)

  • Best For: Outdoor leagues or tournaments with multiple teams.
  • Use Case Example: A league wants to run a fantasy game for the entire duration of the tournament, using players from all participating teams.
  • Player Pool: All players across teams in the tournament.

Tournament Game (For Indoor Leagues)

  • Best For: Indoor leagues or tournaments with multiple teams.
  • Use Case Example: An indoor cricket league wants to run a fantasy game for the entire tournament, using players from all participating teams.
  • Player Pool: All players across teams in the tournament.

Match Contest

  • Best For: A single fixture or match-based fantasy contest.
  • Use Case Example: A standalone match where the fantasy game runs only for that one match, with players from the two teams involved.
  • Player Pool: Players from the two teams in the specific match.
