Deactivate or delete your account in the MyClubtap app

Uninstalling the MyClubtap app does not deactivate or delete your account.
Use the account-deactivation or deletion option available through MyClubtap, or submit an account request to MyClubtap Support if the option is not available on your current platform.
Information required
Submit the request from, or identify, the email address registered to the account. MyClubtap may need to verify ownership before making an account-level change.
Do not send your password, Google credentials, Apple credentials or a verification link.
Before requesting deletion
Deleting the app does not cancel an app-store subscription and does not itself delete the MyClubtap account.
Consider whether the intended outcome is to:
- stop receiving notifications;
- leave or be removed from one game;
- cancel a PRO subscription;
- change the registered email; or
- delete the complete MyClubtap account.
Account deletion may be irreversible. Some transaction, security or compliance records may need to be retained where legally required.
Leaving or being withdrawn from one game is different from deleting your complete MyClubtap account.
Request account deletion
Send the request from the registered email to [email protected] and identify the account to be deleted. MyClubtap may need to verify ownership before completing the request. Alternatively, you can do it by going to Edit Profile on the app.
Effect on games and records
Deletion can affect access across sports, Hubs and games. Some competition, transaction, legal, security or aggregated records may need to be retained where permitted or required. Public fantasy records may be removed, anonymised or retained in a limited form according to the applicable policy and competition context.
Game-level withdrawal
A game admin can withdraw a member from one game. That action is non-reversible: the fantasy team is anonymised and removed, and the member cannot rejoin that game. It does not necessarily delete the entire MyClubtap account.
