Use the admin dashboard, downloads and analytics

The admin dashboard provides an operational overview of the selected fantasy game. Reporting and download options help the organiser review game activity, members, players, scoring and sponsor performance where those modules are available.

Before relying on a number, confirm:

• the selected Hub and game;
• the round or date range;
• whether the fixture scores are complete;
• the active filter; and
• when the page last refreshed.

Use current dashboard and leaderboard views to monitor the game, not to replace the official source competition record. Fantasy totals can remain provisional until all relevant fixtures are completed and processed.

Export only the data required for an authorised organiser task. Store member information securely, limit access and delete unnecessary copies after use. Do not use a member export for unrelated marketing without the appropriate permission.

Views, events, clicks, active members and unique users are different measures. Use the definition shown for the current report and its counting window. If the module does not define a metric, confirm it with MyClubtap before using the number externally.

An approved completed-score correction can change points, rankings and related reports. If the game view has updated but a report has not, allow the normal processing period and then contact MyClubtap with the game, report, filter and screenshot.
