Alerts

Ability for the game admin to create short alerts to notify game members of key updates on-the-go.

Key Points:

• Create short messages (50-100 characters)
• Create one alert at a time for best use

Create 'Alert':

• Go to game admin portal of the game
• Controls > Articles
• Add 'Title' and 'Description' for the alert message

Send 'Alert':

• Click on 'Manage' for the alert under 'Manage Alerts'
  
• Click on 'Send' to send the alert to all members

What happens after an Alert is sent?

• Game Members are shown the 'Alert' message in a pop-up on their next visit or refresh of My Teams.
• Members can mark the alert as 'Read', which will stop the alert from reappearing upon next entry on to My Team page.
• Members can click on 'See Alerts' button to see listing of all Alerts.
