Audience: Members
Use Comps in the Cricket app to access My Hubs and My Games.
My Hubs shows the Fantasy Hubs connected with your account. Your preferred registration Hub is set as the primary/default Hub.
Open a Hub to review the games currently made available to its members. A Private game may still require you to select Enter Code on its Home-screen game block.
My Games contains the games you have joined or started entering. Depending on the game and your status, you may see controls or labels such as:
  • Join Game;
  • Enter Code;
  • Complete Entry;
  • Starts Soon;
  • Trade Window Open;
  • Game In-Progress; or
  • Final Result for a completed game.
If approval or verification is required, access may remain pending until the required step is completed.
Inside a game
The game dashboard brings together relevant information such as your fantasy team, current round, fixtures, rank, results, activity and sponsor content. PRO features are clearly separate and require an active PRO membership where applicable.
If a Hub or game is missing, check that
  1. You are signed in with the correct email or social-sign-in method.
  2. You registered through the intended Hub.
  3. The game is active and available to members.
  4. You have completed any Private code, verification or approval step.
  5. You are using the correct sport platform.
Private games may not be discoverable like Public games. Contact the organiser for the correct Hub and code rather than creating a second account.
Access more than one Hub or game
Use one MyClubtap account to access multiple Hubs and the games connected to them.
  1. Go to Comps.
  2. Search and join a hub you want to access.
  3. Once a hub is added to your account, you can access all games available in the hub through hub switcher below your name on the app's Home page.
  4. Join the game using its Public or Private entry process.

You do not need to create a new account for each Hub or game. Your fantasy team, rankings, rounds and activity remain separate within each game.
