The player list contains the real players members can select in their fantasy teams. Player data is owned and maintained by the game organiser, subject to the selected service package.
Prepare the player data
Use the current MyClubtap import template. At minimum, each player needs the identity and game fields required by the selected sport and game structure. Conditional information may include:
- selection position for a Position Based game;
- real-team mapping for a league or tournament game;
- starting fantasy value;
- player category or PCR tag;
- interstate, overseas, elite or other approved game tags; and
- profile or display information supported by the current template.
Do not change template headings or add formatting that may prevent the file from being validated.
Import checks
Before completing an import:
- Remove duplicate player rows.
- Use the same team and competition names already created in the Admin Hub.
- Confirm every required position and value.
- Check that PCR and team-limit rules still allow a valid fantasy team.
- Review warnings and rejected rows before publishing the list.
Manage players after import
Use the Players List to review and update supported player fields. Take care when changing a player already used in a fantasy team or completed fixture. Historical performance should remain linked to the correct player record.
If a player is missing or incorrectly duplicated, correct the source record before entering new scores. Contact MyClubtap if records with historical scoring need to be merged or remapped.

Platform Licence and service packages
With a Platform Licence, the organiser manages its player data. For Managed Services or Partnership Services, follow the agreed responsibility and handover process rather than making simultaneous edits while MyClubtap is updating the same records.
