Create, import and manage fixtures

Fixtures connect the real competition schedule with fantasy rounds, lockouts and scoring. They must be created accurately before members begin selecting teams.

Create a fixture manually

Select the applicable competition, round, real team or teams, date, start time and any other required sport-specific information. Confirm that the time shown uses the game timezone.

MyClubtap supports the current one-team scorecard workflow used by the Admin Hub. Follow the form presented for the selected game type rather than assuming that every fixture must use the same two-team scoring layout.

Import fixtures

Use the current fixture template and keep its headings unchanged. Team, competition and round names must match records already created in the game.

Before completing the import:

  1. Check the date format and timezone.
  2. Remove duplicate fixtures.
  3. Confirm each team and competition mapping.
  4. Assign every fixture to the intended fantasy round.
  5. Review all rejected or unmatched rows.

Fixture entitlements

Fixtures are not universally unlimited. The game’s package determines its included size, duration and fixture entitlement.

For league packages, additional blocks of 50 fixtures currently add 10% of the relevant package price. Tournament and club-game rules follow the current Competition Planner. Contact MyClubtap before adding fixtures that may exceed the paid entitlement.

Edit a fixture

Changes to a date, time or round can affect lockout and member trade access. Review the impact before saving. Do not move or delete a fixture with completed scores without contacting MyClubtap.

Service responsibility

  • Platform Licence admins manage their own fixtures.
  • Under Managed Services, MyClubtap manages score updates after activation/payment; setup support is not included unless separately agreed.
  • Partnership Services follow the agreed delivery plan.
